Nilfisk Viper Carpet Machine

<p>Ive never been so disappointed with a carpet machine ever as well as the after sales service. I would realy like to know how I can get a refund on the machine and go buy somewhere else. Ive not even had the machine for a year and has already broke three times and the company is not very helpfull and very abrubt. Why would there be a guarantee on the machine and as soon as you complain about the the machine part not working you get told you broke it!! I would not recomomend anybody to ever buy a Nilfisk Wap carpet machine ever!</p>
