Worst online shopping experience

I tried buying an item from Wantitall and to date (since 27 Jan) the item have not reached me and I am getting conflicting information re the whereabouts of the package which makes me wonder if I will ever receive it!<br> <br> Hoping that they will honor my request to cancel my order because of the above.
