When ordering you are taking a serious gamble on the condition of your received order.

We ordered an expensive bit of toy memorabilia late December 2017. The order arrived timeously, however, the packaging is badly damaged. Package condition is everything when it comes to these types of items. So we have spent good money on an item that is immediately, by virtue of its package condition, worth far less than what it actually cost. This will of course affect any later potential sales as a collectors item.

Read their T&C's carefully, they make no provision for damaged packaging. Bearing in mind of course, just how expensive many of their items are in the first place.

My advice would be to only order items you cannot find from other online retailers. Just avoid anything where the original package condition is a concern. Won't be using them again. They ruined a most wonderful surprise.
