Wantitall Refund Ignored

My online shopping order# 255816 for R 2226 was cancelled on 24 August '26 due to import regulations. On 25 August '26 I rep**** to Wantitall' s cancelation email with my bank details for a refund as requested. Since then I have followed up with an email daily until 4 September '26 to enquire regarding the refund of order# 255816. There has been no communication or refund to my bank account from Wantitall involving my refund.
