Wantitall order

I ordered a rug which they gave the measurements as 3' x 5' which i assumed is 3m x 5m. The rug is as small as a bathroom mat. I enquired and they said it is inches but inches should be " and not '. I requested to return the rug and refund me upon which they stated that R1500 will be deducted for shipping costs. I also didn't know that they were importing the rug as it said " in stock". I feel this is not my mistake but due to their misleading advert as well as not stating that it has to be imported. I've written them several emails, had 2 rude reactions and since then they are ignoring my emails. Make very sure before you order and check their measurements, totally misleading. I will never order from then again and warn everybody from ordering from them
