Wantitall not to be trusted with your online shopping

To avoid disappointment DO NOT use Wantitall for any online shopping. I trusted them with my Christmas shopping, only to be disappointed when the parcel arrived with missing item.

Every attempt made to contact them was unsuccessful, very frustrating when the item ordered was a Christmas present for a very special person.

I finally received correspondence apologizing for the inconvenience explaining that the items were separated during shipping. However the item has still not arrived and they are unable to supply me with a tracking number. This can only mean the item was never shipped and they are being dishonest about it.

I placed my order on the 25th of November (well inside their maximum shipping time for the item to arrive before Christmas)

I received an email informing me that their "Oops team" will revert to me, that was 7 days ago and still no follow up.

My advice is not to trust Wantitall with any online shopping whatsoever.

Their service recovery is none existent and this is the most frustrating part of all. This confirms their don't care attitude.
