WantItAll is a ****

I've only made a couple of orders from WantItAll and it NEVER delivers timeously. Its impossible to contact it telephonically and all one can do is get into an endless e-mail loop. I'm now convinced its a ****. Its sits on peoples money as well as the goods and does not deliver.
