Wantitall *****

If I could give no star, I would. I ordered a rug on 24 June 2020 and still have not received it, despite their 14 day promise of delivery time. They refuse to provide me with an estimated time of delivery and keep saying it will be sent next week. I do not believe that this is a legitimate site and will be reporting them to my lawyer as well as Carte Blanche. I was told that the item was in their warehouse, then it was at customs, now it is back in their warehouse. The emails that I receive in response to my queries have no business signature or contact. They refuse to answer any questions directly and I truly think that wantitall is a **** site and I will never get my item that I have already paid for or my money back. Disgraceful service, please do not purchase anything from Wantitall
