Wantitall are *****ing from people

please note BEFORE this order was Placed – myself and 2 colleagues had read the adverti*****t and it had stated it was a special of 3TB hard drive – we have now spent R590 plus extra on an item we DO NOT NEED – Please advise the way forward for a full REFUND on this item. We received a plastic case with noting in it for R590.00. When we requested a refund they want to charge us 35% of the value! This is false advertising! they are ripping people of!!!!!
