Wantitall

I ordered 1 x OMT Heavy Duty Ball Joint Press and U Joint Removal Tool Kit & 5-in-1 Ball Joint Separator, Bundle which is 2 items. The delivery company that they used Parcel Ninja/DPD Laser only came to deliver one off the items which I did not signed for as I want the complete order. I emailed Wantitall and they just closed the case with the following note that all my items have left the warehouse. I asked them to call me but they refused to do that also. I still don't know what is happening with my order (***) and nobody is interested to talk to me as they don't have customer service. Nobody must order anything from them again as this is ridiculous.
