Wanitall disgusting!

Ordered item 6 of feb. got confirmation item is in customs in 22nd of feb. phoned last week and they confirmed that its at customs and waiting to get to the warehouse. Phoned them on monday the 4th of march. They confirmed that i will receive the item thursday or today! When i foned them today ro follow up the item is still at customs! When we contacted them the staff are rude and not helpful. The manager is useless with no customer service at all!!! The owners should take a hard good look at their staff!! Soooo many bad reviews its shocking!!! I suggest Mr. justin drennan and ryan drennan review their staff cause then they wont need to get other investors to keep the place a float! Always blaiming customs.
