Waiting too long for such a tiny product

Ordered a hair retightening tool on 18 th March 2022. Since the 30 March 2022 the status in "Enroute to South Africa". If this is the status surely the plane would have arrived by now. This is what they say. It seems they operate as an import company. I don't know if they hold stock of products in South Africa. This is a small package in a small box. tomorrow marks the 30th date waiting for a small pack of hair products from you guys. To say im disappointed is an understatement. You started off by saying it would take 20 days,,, then you increased it to 25 days. Tomorrow will make it 30 days….the 18th of April. I will never ever order anything from you guys again…

How long will it take before this arrives?
