Very bad service

Very bad service received (Order# ********** ). Highly priced, but I needed the items, so I ordered anyway. They then cancelled my order, but still deducted the payment immediately. I had to follow up on supposed refund, only to be told that "they forgot to action the refund" and that I now have to wait even longer for my money to be refunded!!!!! Contacted them, but they decide if and when they will respond!!! Really bad service.
