Useless business is useless.

Yesterday I tried to place an order for a Steam Controller from Wantitall. What a nightmare! First off, their website is broken. Try as I might,I could not get it to accept my address as it kept changing it to a completely different address the whole time. The form REFUSED to let me enter my correct address. After several hours of struggling I finally got a reply from their enquiries informing me to EMAIL my correct address to them. I proceeded to do so.

Then, while attempting to complete my order they suddenly put up the price by R200! What?! I emailed them again to inform them of this but have to date received NO reply! I eventually managed to place my order and emailed them the correct address as well as the proof of payment. NO reply was forthcoming.

This morning I receive an email from a different person asking if I'm still interested in PLACING the order. What, again?! NO acknowledgement of my order already placed, NO acknowledgement of my payment ALREADY MADE!!!

To date I am still waiting for ANY reply from them... This has been the most frustrating and horrible experience I have ever had with an online store. NEVER AGAIN!!!
