Unreliable Service

I paid for a Cellphone arm band on 26 Sept 2018. I was told that delivery times were between 7 to 14 days. I got an email on 3 Oct saying I hadn't been forgotten, deliveries take 7 to 14 days. Today is 23rd Oct and still no delivery. My patience started to wain so I called customer care and she told me delivery would take place some time in November.
