********* practices and *******ion by Wantitall South Africa

I placed an (expensive) order with Wantitall on 23 June 2020. Their commitment was to deliver within 14 days. It has been 29 days and I have yet to receive my order. I contacted them several times and received a few unsatisfactory responses. The status of order update claims the item was received in their warehouse on 21 July 2020. Since then I have not heard from them - it is not possible to contact them via phone, and they no longer respond to queries. I am seeking legal advice. Their practices are ********* and very suspect. I believe that this is a matter for the Hawks and will also be contacting Carte Blanche to look into their business.
