They took back the product but doesnt do refund.

I have contacted Wantitall on a refun as the product they sent me was the wrong size. The courier picked it up the following day but I am now a week later still waiting on a refund or even a reply from them. I have sent 5 emails regarding my refund but noone answers me back, Next step is to contact the ombudsman and the CPA body for further action. This is *****ing.
