The worst service ,no fulfillment at all

I ordered an item over 2months ago and I still haven’t received anything, when I track the item it says it’s delivered and when I try call or log a tickets on their enquirers email no one responds to me , it’s beyond unprofessional and at this point I just want my money . Do not get order here unless you are a gambling man because it’s a hope and spray type of Service
