Terrible service and customer service!

Terrible customer service!!! Repeatedly asked for an order to be cancelled. No confirmation of my emails wishing to cancel the order! And then to cancel an order that has not even been dispatched from the warehouse, they take almost a third of the order amount! I will never use them again, and will NOT recommend them to anyone! Even when I called customer service to sort this out on the phone, I got rude responses and attitude! And no manager on the floor to talk to. Unacceptable!
