Surgical masks 'lost in transit'. Or, I suspect, '******' by an employee is more likely.

A month ago I ordered face masks from the US. After a longer than normal delay, they arrived at WantItAll last week. I've been trying to get them couriered to me, without luck, and now suddenly they are 'lost in transit'. To me, this means someone at WantItAll probably stole them. This is totally unacceptable, and WantItAll should just own up to this, rather than hide behind euphemisms. Lost and ****** are not the same thing. (order ***)
