So terrible, I don’t know where to start!!!!

I don’t even know where to start!!!! The service is terrible, super late delivery, and when I received the product it was sub-par and broken! The response is terrible, and computer generated! I will NEVER buy from them again, and encourage people not to support such a terrible business!!!
