Shocking service

I ordered an item on 11th January with a 7-15 w/day lead time, then receive an automated mail on the 29th of January informing me the parcel is in customs and will take 2-3 w/days to be delivered. On the 6th of Feb (18 w/days later) I receive a mail informing me the item is out of stock and needs to be reordered with a lead time of 7-15 w/days. What a joke, no feedback from Wantitall whatsoever, on any platform.

Stay away people, the level of incompetence in this place is just too damn high.
