Selling ******* items

I ordered a high pressure beer line cleaning kit from this company. After waiting several weeks I was contacted and informed that the required cleaning fluid was not allowed to be imported into the country. I was asked if I wanted a discount or a refund. I asked for a discount. The kit arrived but the cleaning fluid is not available in this country, a fact known by wantitall. I therefore cannot use the kit. They must have known this when they offered me a discount to **** me out of my money. Now they are wiping their hands of the issue. Be warned, these guys import stuff from overseas for sale here without even checking if they are allowed to bring it into the country to sell in the first place. Smells like a ****, I should have known.
