I placed an order online for some cosmetic stuff. Serums etc. Paid. The next minute I get a mail to say they are not allowed to import serums. Do why do you then advertise it! I have asked for a full refund it is now a week and nothing. I have send Sallyanne Mokwena numerous email , phone her a few times she was in meeting but no further communication. On Friday she actually answered her phone and said she send the refund request to her admin person when I asked her to send me the mail and the POPshe was very quick to mention that is not her department and that I clearly don’t know how her company work. I checked tonight and the refund still not done, do they don’t only are advertising product they do t have and customers service is non existing ...
