*******. Stole my money.

Absolutely shocking service.

I purchased a product that was R700.00 from the USA.

Once the product arrived it was clear it had been shipped from China.

The product was poorly made and only truly worth around R50.00

I requested a refund which was granted. But I had to pay for the return shipping which is ridiculous because I already paid for it to be shipped from the "USA""

my follow up e-mails from the matter were ignored and then the ticket was closed by the company and now no one is responding to me!!

This company is just a money *****ing ****!!!
