Restocking Fee!

I ordered a dog "spray bark"collar on 16 March 2020, it eventally arrived on 24 June 2020! It did not have the citronella spray refill. I emailed Wantitall AS they were not accepting phone calls due to lockdown) to ask for their return procedure ,they sent me an email with the return address only with no message. I sent the package back to them. About 3 days later I got this message back: "We sorry to hear that you no longer want the ordered item. Unfortunately your order qualifies for a restocking fee, the restocking fee will be R495.25 so once we receive the item you will be refunded R919.75 back into your account" Will never order from Wantitall again, complete shambles.
