Promisies Promises - none are kept !!

I ordered an item because it appeared to be 15% cheaper than obtainable from takealot - big mistake. They take your money immediately and only placed the order 3 days later - then 14 days later after numerous emails the status remains "ordered" but not despatched. This company should be avoided at all costs - I probably will lose the money and still have to purchase elsewhere.
