Product still not delivered after 5 weeks!

I ordered (and paid for) 3 products on 18 Feb'15. I received the two lower-valued items. Andile committed to get back to me by the afternoon of 25Mar'15. I'm still waiting. Their website says I received the most expensive item of the three but this is not true. Please help.
