Poor Customer Service and delayed/ late delivery of order

Poor service Thembi was my contact person i haven't received my goods that i ordered in June. First it was the suppliers fault when i called, because i did not receive any notification of delayed delivery. Today its a customs problem and still did not receive a notification of the delay. Not at all happy with the service i have been receiving from Thembi and want it all customer service.
