Please Stay Away

I ordered a hard drive from Wantitall on the 26 March 2015 and received a email that mjy delivery will arrive between 7 to 15 working days,long in terms of other importers but okay,so on 20 April 2015 worst case.15 working days later(which is bull in any case as it's not like the ship stops sailing over weekends and public holidays, plus all my Amazon items that I ordered after this have arrived).Just to find that there is a delay.I then give them two options, either refund me, or deliver today which is within my rights (I don't care about your terms and conditions, as no delay was communicated to me and as such they become null and void, please take me on regarding this point).The lady then slams down the phone, as she does not want to refund me and she is supposedly the manager.Nevermind customer serves, do you even respect your customers?Best of all I phone back 3 times after that, just to get voice mail.I suggest you refund me very quickly and speak to your staff,I take this matter seriously and wont hesitate to loge my complaint everywhere I can!
