PATHETIC SERVICE-WANTITALL

I ordered an item on the Wantitall website and 2 weeks later the delivered wrong item!<br> <br> I then tried contacting them but they never respond to their emails and the telephones are not answered at all. 10 days later I'm still battling to contact anyone within their company and I am stuck with a wrong item which i don't need. <br> <br> I have never in my life experienced such a ridiculous, poor, pathetic and disgusting service
