Pathetic service

This company does not know what they are doing at all. When I finally got a sales agent on the line, this person coulb not even spell or pronounce my name. After explaining three times and being put on hold I was told " we don't know what is wrong" thats it. Luckily I have not made payment yet. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONLINE COMPANY. THEY ARE USELESS
