Paid for Delivery - Received incomplete Order - No response

Order Number ********** Description: Elite Sports NEW ITEM Deluxe Adult IJF Judo Gi w/ Preshrunk Fabric & Free Belt (WHITE, 4)

Very disappointed as they delivered my order incorrectly. They only delivered the free white belt that comes with the Judo GI and not the actual order which is the JUDO GI. Spoke to Thembi in reception who said she thinks they have messed up at the warehouse, she advised she would give me feedback. Still no response and all phone lines just ring. Very concerning. Would not recommend this company as you will need to contact the ombudsman.
