Order placed 8th of June not Received Yet
ON the 8th of June i ordered a product from wantitall which had to be imported from China which i could understand but now its been sitting at customs for weeks now and nothing only status updates that its still in customs when will i receive the item i paid for ? In addition a complaint at the consumer goods ombudsman has also been made i will never make use of WantitAll's service Order No. *** either send my product or i'm asking the full R 1500 refund

06 Jul 2020, 21:01I don't just want another status update i have been waiting weeks for the product i ordered i laid a formal complaint at the consumer goods ombudsman a status update is not good enough. If this is not resolved by the end of this week 10 July i'll request a full refund
