Not Wantitall

I ordered an item on the 19/11/2019 and found out today 16/01/2020, upon receiving an email to ask whether I would like to re-order the item or get a refund...that I was refunded as my order was old. Then I asked how come I received a mail giving me choice to which the reply was “I’m sorry there is no choice your order is to old!” Ordering items from Wantitall and not receiving them seems to be the norm. Their items are always expensive and delivery is always none existent. Don’t ever buy from them they are useless!!
