non-existent service

I previously dealt with Wantitall with no major hassles, apart from the long delivery time. However, I placed an order with them more than a week ago, and wish to communicate with them urgently with regards to the order. Apart from regular "no-reply" E-Mails requesting payment, no-one has bothered to reply to my numerous E-Mails requesting assistance. The telephone number given on the website is not operational, either. I will not risk paying them if they do not even have the decency to contact me for assistance. At this rate I am fairly certain I will lose any monies paid and never receive the goods. Non-existent service - I will not use this platform again.
