NON Existent Client Service & Feedback

<p>I placed an order on 17 May with this organisation and have to date not received but a single call, or email from them to inform me on the whereabout of the product ordered.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent an email asking for an update on 1 June 2016, and they rep**** with an abbrasive attiutde saying that I would receive the order last week Thursday or Friday.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today the 7th of June, still no call, no update, and NO PRODUCT from this entity.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please be very careful when placing orders with them, as they are not really that concerned about customer service, as long as you have paid for the order. You the client, have to follow up and find out where the order is, and they do not even have the courstesy in replying in a decent manner to you as the paying client.</p> <p>The email trend and tone is unprofessional to say the least, with no contact number or email signature. It makes you wonder if they are even legit?</p> <p> </p> <p>Will NOT recommend this entity to anyone as thier service is non-existent. </p>
