NO service

Its has been horrible dealing with this company, I have paid the Amount for product on the 6/09/2017 and I'm still waiting for the product, I have engaged with the company placing the order again but still no item received I have asked for my money back but its difficult to give my money back because they can't find the order and they don't want to pay my money back I have sent them countless emails and still I'm waiting its almost 3 MONTHS now!
