No response to queries

I recently ordered a leather diary from wantitall. The diary is imported and quite expensive but it was a gift for my husband. When the diary arrived it was an A6 size instead of an A5 size which my hisband will not be able to use. I have sent 5 emails over the past week to find out how I can return the diary and get a refund and have received absolutely no reply. There is no phone number on which to contact this company otherwise I would have phoned a long time ago already. I am very disappointed and dont know what further steps I can take to be able to obtain a refund. This is a classic example of shocking lack of customer service and a company which initially impressed that I most certainly will not make use of again.
