No Delivery or Response

I have previously placed 2 x orders on Wantitall and I received them both within the lead time given by Wantitall so I did not hesitate to place another order with them at the end of October for R5800. When I enquired as to when my order would be delivered on 15 November l was mailed my Claudia Ndebele in Customer Services that the supplier had given a new ETA of between 20 and 20 November. When I call them I cannot get through to reception or customer service, the only department that answers is the sales department and they cannot help me with my order. When I email the enquiries I get a response from them that my ticket has been closed and no feedback at all regarding the status or ETA of my order.
