No communication

i ordered a tablet on their website only to find out when they deliver that it is only The keyboard and a cover they said i misunderstood i said its ohk i need them to pick it up and Refund me this is the same day i received it i spoke to Andile who kept telling me i will get a call from returns department its now a week no call i keep calling them but hekeeps sying some one will call me ... i need them to pick up this thing and refund me ASAP
