Nearly double the delivery time

I am shocked id saved up for and item iv been wanting for awhile,I opened my account with wantitall and they said id also get R50 for signing up needless to say I never got that,but you know what its just R50 I ordered my item on the 9th of November they said 7-15 working days so that would put it on the 30 of November today I get an email the 21 Of November theres a problem and that it MIGHT be here by the 13 of December nearly double the delivery time!
