my rings are not delivered over a month ago and the wedding is in 3days Order No. ***

23 June i ordred and paid for my wedding rings and on the 17th July i was assured that my rings are waiting to be delivred . till today they havent arrived , i offred to come collect them yet they dont reply .

their phone doesnt go through

my wedding is this weekend and i still dont have my rings both of us . i checked my order status daily now it shows that one ring didnt arrive in SA yet but last week they said they have both my rings with them they will deliver .,

its over a month since i ordered and i paid in full yet i am treated like i didnt pay

i understand delays but delays with no repsond or refunds its not ok . i cant buy new rings czo i alredy paid for rings and i cant get married this saturday without Rings

i am hurt bride who is about to cancel the wedding or have a wedding with no rings .

please help me get my rings or my money back to purchase the rings
