Lack of service from Wantitall

Wantitall is utterly useless in providing even the most basic of services. Please do not use them as they do not deliver the parcels promised. I queried where my parcel was and even escalated the problem of no delivery to management and still nothing is being done to ensure the parcel gets delivered.
