I paid for my item which was never received

I have contacted Wantitall enquiries to inform them that over a couple of months later, my product still has not arrived and expressing that they must issue me a refund. Evidently, they are liable for not sending my item.

What I would like to know is, what are my chances of receiving my refund? It is money that I cannot afford to let slip away. Also, what is the standard procedure? How long does a refund usually take?
