I lost R2700!!! *********** Staff that does not listen or care much

I ordered 3 items to the value of R2700. I cancelled the order the next day and when I saw their refund clause of paying in if the shipment is on the way yet then I called them that day to find out if it had been sipped yet. I spoke to Andile and he said 2 items hadnt been shipped but he wasnt sure about the chrome cast. So he assured me it shouldnt be a problem. So I kept calling and asking for the refund and in the meantime I receive emails from enquiries like I was talking to 2 different people. I called again and again and was told one thing and today I was told they shipped ALL items and I have to pay!!! This is BEYOND terrible service. I am DISGUSTED at the level of professionalism. I thought wantitall is a established company but it looks like a bunch of bananas are working there.
