How does one get a response out of Wantitall?

I ordered and paid for a number of books and Lego on 2015/12/29. Nothing happened. When queried by email I got auto response. On 8 Jan they sent an email saying stuff has been ordered and is on its way from overseas, and on 14 January they sent an email: \We regret to inform you that your order has been cancelled. The cancellation of your order was due to our supplier running out of stock on this particular item.\" They asked whether I want refund or them to reorder. I asked for refund, which I have not received despite numerous queries by email.
