Fed Up With Automated Messages

its been 18 days to date that i placed and paid for a order at want it all and every time i check the order status remains the same and i get the same automated message saying it takes 7 - 15 working days and now 11 days added for customs. They do not answer any calls which is also automated even if you leave a message there is no response what do i do in this situation and how will i get my money back?
