Extremely poor stock management and customer service.

The stock count on their website is not accurate. I have ordered 2 products in the timespan of 1 day that the website showed as in stock only for the customer rep to contact me after a couple of hours and state that the item is out of stock and I will be refunded within 3-5 days.

This basically means that R8000 of my money is frozen and waiting to be refunded because WantItAll can't keep accurate track of their own stock. Be extremely careful when ordering large products and don't put money on the line that you are not willing to have frozen for a while.
