Email spam. Opt out doesn't work

1) the only reason I subscribed is that I tried to buy something on your website. After 3 months YOU canceled the order because you couldn't deliver. At least the refund was quick and thank you for that.

However, I've unsubscribed 100x from your marketing emails over the past two years (three?). I know that I can block you but this is a matter of principle. I don't want to receive your emails and you are harassing me. Please remove me from your mailing list.
